One year ago this month this sweet little girl was diagnosed with Leukemia. One of the wishes of this family was to have some family pictures taken before their sweet Kali began the long journey of Chemotherapy.

Seeing this family so full of love and hope and interacting with them filled my heart with joy and encouraged me to work towards improving my photography skills. At the time this was my best work but I wanted to give them more. Shortly after this session I purchased a new Professional camera, began taking photography classes and really began pushing myself in a way I hadn't before.
